Multi-entry pass for registered professionals

This ticket grants multiple entries to the POLECO trade fair throughout its entire duration – from Tuesday to Thursday, during exhibition opening hours.

Single-entry pass for the general public

Intended for individuals interested in the event's theme who are not professionally affiliated with the industry. Valid for a single entry to the fairgrounds on any chosen day.

Single-entry pass Students/Seniors

Students and seniors are eligible to purchase a discounted ticket for a single entry. A valid ID is required to claim the discount.

Single-entry school group pass

An option dedicated to organized groups of over 15 people. The ticket is valid for a single entry to the event exclusively on the third (final) day of the fair.

Large Family Card Single-Entry Ticket

A special discounted ticket granting a single entry to the event. It can only be used on the third (final) day of the fair, upon presenting a valid Large Family Card (Karta Dużej Rodziny).

Who qualifies as a "professional visitor" (trade visitor) under the POLECO Fair regulations? Tickets for professionals are intended exclusively for individuals running a business or representing companies, enterprises, and institutions whose profile is strictly and industry-related to the theme of the fair (environmental protection, waste management, municipal technology, etc.). Business details (e.g., Tax ID / NIP number) are required during registration.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Does a multi-entry ticket obtained via online registration grant access to the fair on every day of the event? Yes. By registering online as a professional (trade visitor), you receive a multi-entry ticket that grants you access to the fairgrounds throughout all 3 days of the event.

Do I need to print my ticket? No, there is no need to print it. You can simply present the digital version of your ticket on your phone screen. The most important thing is that the QR code on the ticket is clearly visible.

I received a traditional/paper invitation (voucher) to the POLECO trade fair. Can I just walk up to the turnstiles with it? No, the invitation must be activated in advance. You need to visit the trade fair website or open the mobile app, complete a short professional registration survey, and enter the activation code found on your voucher. Only the ticket generated through this process will grant you entry.

I am coming to the trade fair by car. Where can I park and is there a parking fee? The main parking area for visitors is the modern, underground PWK Parking (Powszechna Wystawa Krajowa). The entrance to the parking lot is located near the PKP main railway station at 12 Głogowska Street. Parking is subject to a fee in accordance with the current price list.

Is there free Wi-Fi access at the fairgrounds? Yes, a free, open Wi-Fi network is available for event participants across the entire Poznań International Fair (MTP) grounds. However, please note that the network may experience heavy traffic when there is a very large number of users. Therefore, we highly recommend saving crucial documents (such as your ticket with the QR code) to your phone's memory beforehand.

Does a POLECO ticket grant me access to other exhibitions taking place at the same time? Yes, your ticket also grants you entry to the GARDENIA International Garden and Landscape Architecture Fair, which takes place at the MTP fairgrounds during the same dates. With a single pass, you can freely explore the exhibitions of both events.

Does the entry ticket allow me to attend the conferences and lectures held at the fair? Yes, all panel discussions and lectures taking place on the open stages inside the exhibition halls are free of charge for every registered visitor.

Where can I find the exhibitor list and hall layout to plan my meetings? The complete, up-to-date exhibitor catalogue and interactive hall layout are made available a few weeks before the fair on the www.poleco.pl website and directly in the Grupa MTP mobile app.

PARKING

Visitors are invited to the newly opened underground parking lot - PWK Parking. The 3-level underground parking lot has 650 parking spaces and is located at 11 Głogowska Street. The entrance to the parking lot is located right behind the Trade Fair Center building, at the level of the railway station. There are special spaces in the parking lot for people with disabilities.
