This one-day training programme is aimed at representatives of local governments involved in climate change adaptation activities. The event combines expert knowledge with practical workshops, during which participants will learn about tools and methods for effectively engaging residents in the preparation and implementation of Municipal Adaptation Plans (MAPs).
The programme includes presentations of best practices, group work on challenges related to public participation, and exercises focused on designing consultation processes at different stages of developing adaptation plans.
The workshops are organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the Sendzimir Foundation.
