The POLECO 2026 Trade Fair under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Climate and Environment
We are pleased to announce that the Ministry of Climate and Environment has assumed honorary patronage of the POLECO trade fair.
The Ministry of Climate and Environment is one of the key government bodies responsible for climate and environmental action. The Ministry leads and coordinates initiatives relating to, amongst other things, nature conservation, improving air quality, waste management, energy efficiency, environmental education and adaptation to climate change.
The Ministry’s work focuses on creating the conditions for the country’s sustainable development – one that balances the needs of the economy, society and the natural environment. Of particular importance are measures to strengthen the resilience of cities, regions and communities to the effects of climate change.
The Ministry of Climate and Environment’s honorary patronage of the POLECO trade fair confirms that the topics addressed during the event are in line with the state’s key climate and environmental policy priorities. POLECO remains a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practice in the field of environmental protection; however, the special significance of this patronage highlights, above all, the importance of cooperation between public institutions, the business sector and experts in building a modern, environmentally responsible economy.
